發貨流程及政策

經網店購物,您可選擇送貨服務。

收到訂單後我們會有專人跟進訂單及備貨,我們明白亦希望能盡快將貨品送到您手上,同時包裝妥當,保證您滿意服務。

出貨時間

完成訂購及確認付款後,我們會盡快安排出貨,貨品一般會於 3 -7 個工作天內(不包括週末及假期)出貨。海外訂單從發貨至客戶收到需 14-21 個工作日(不包括週末及假期),實際時間會因不同運輸公司而有所不同。任何訂單都有機會基於下列因素而延誤,以上送貨時間純屬參考用途,確認訂單後我們會盡快發貨,而所有延誤訂單將會提前通知您。

訂單送貨狀態

尚未出貨或未可供自取的訂單送貨狀態均為「備貨中」;出貨後會改為「已發貨」;取貨後會改為「已取貨」或「已到達」。

送貨方式及運費

我們提供多種送貨方式滿足您所需,並按訂單金額免運費或收取運費。


*部份大型貨品或會以京東物流以外方式派送,我們將聯絡您確認派送日期及時間

香港地區訂單

  • 京東物流 - 工商住宅及住宅派送

訂單折實金額滿 HK$500,至香港地址可提供免費送貨服務;未滿 HK$500 則需於結帳時支付運費 HK$50。

派送所需時間:出貨起計約 1 - 2 個工作天(香港地址)

運單追蹤:可自行登入京東物流官方網頁查詢。


海外地區訂單

本店部份產品接受寄送到海外地區。

  • UPS / FedEx / DHL

* 海外客人需支付相關運費及稅項(如有)

* 產品保養只適用於香港地區,我們不接受海外客人寄回產品到本店安排維修

備註:

  • 如訂單內的貨品發貨期不同,系統將默認待所有商品到貨後才一同寄出。如需拆單提前取貨,請聯絡我們安排。分開發貨將可能需要支付額外運費。
  • 如遇惡劣天氣或特殊情況,送貨服務或會受影響而延遲,實際情況需跟據運輸公司的安排。
  • 如有任何爭議,MAZE LIMITED 保留最終決定權。

送貨條款

  • MAZE LIMITED 不會承擔任何運輸途中的損毀及寄失。
  • 更改送貨地址或時間、增購貨品、或修改原售貨單,顧客需於送貨前最少 48 小時前(並不包括星期日及公眾假期)通知。

Shipping Process and Policy

You can choose our delivery service when shopping in online shop.

After receiving your order, we will have a dedicated person follow up on the order and prepare the goods. We understand and hope to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible, while ensuring proper packaging and guaranteeing your satisfaction.

Shipping Time

After completing your order and confirming payment, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Goods will generally be shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Overseas orders take 14-21 business days from shipment to receipt by the customer (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual time may vary depending on the shipping company. Any order may be delayed due to the following factors. The above delivery times are for reference only. We will ship as soon as possible after order confirmation, and you will be notified in advance of any delayed orders.

*If your order is a pre-order, the preparation time depends on the lead time and does not apply to the above shipping times. We will arrange delivery as soon as possible after the goods arrive.

Order Delivery Status

Orders that have not yet been shipped or are not available for self-pickup will show a delivery status of "Preparing"; after shipment, it will change to "Shipped"; after pickup, it will change to "Picked Up" or "Arrived".

Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

We offer various delivery methods to meet your needs, with free or charged shipping depending on the order amount.

*Some large items may be delivered via methods other than SF Express. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.

Hong Kong Orders

JDL Express - Commercial & Residential Delivery

Free delivery is available for orders over HK$500 (after discount) to Hong Kong addresses; orders under HK$500 will incur a HK$50 delivery fee at checkout.

You will receive a text message notification when your goods arrive at the self-pickup point. Please follow the instructions to collect your goods.

Delivery Time: Approximately 1-2 business days from shipment (Hong Kong address)

Tracking: You can track your shipment on the JDL Express official website.

Overseas Orders

Some products in our store can be shipped to overseas regions.

Hong Kong Post

UPS / FedEx / DHL

* Overseas customers are responsible for all shipping and tax fees (if applicable).

* Product warranty service is only available in Hong Kong. We do not accept returns from overseas customers for repair.

Note:

If items in an order have different shipping dates, the system will default to shipping them together only after all items arrive. If you require separate orders for early pickup, please contact us to arrange. Separate shipping may incur additional shipping fees.

Delivery service may be affected and delayed in case of severe weather or special circumstances, depending on the arrangements of the shipping company.

MAZE LIMITED reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute.

Delivery Terms

MAZE LIMITED is not liable for any damage or loss during transit.

Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance (excluding Sundays and public holidays) before delivery for any changes to the delivery address or time, additional purchases, or modifications to the original order.
