Refund policy

我們提供7天退貨政策,也就是說您有7天的時間。

如需退貨,您的商品必須保持您收到時的原裝模樣,未穿著或未使用,標籤齊全,並使用原始包裝。您還需要提供收據或購買憑證。

如需退貨,請聯絡我們:info@apmaze.com.hk。請注意,退貨商品需寄送至以下地址:香港九龍油塘高輝道15號萬年工業大廈地下。

如果您的退貨申請獲得批准,我們將向您發送退貨標籤,以及寄送包裹的說明資料。未經事先申請退貨而寄回的商品將不予受理。

損壞和問題

請在收到訂單後立即檢查商品,如有任何缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤商品,請立即聯絡我們,以便我們評估問題並妥善解決。

例外/不可退貨商品

某些類型的商品不可退貨,例如易腐爛商品(如食品、鮮花或植物)、訂製商品(如特殊訂單或個人化商品)以及個人護理用品(如美容產品)。我們也不接受危險物質、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定商品有任何疑問或疑慮,請與我們聯絡。

很遺憾,我們不接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。

換貨

確保您盡快收到所需商品的最佳方法是退回您已收到的商品,並在退貨被接受後,單獨購買新商品。

歐盟14天冷靜期

儘管有上述規定,如果商品運往歐盟境內,您有權在14天內取消或退貨,無需任何理由。如上所述,您的商品必須保持您收到時的原裝模樣,未穿著或未使用,標籤齊全,並使用原始包裝。您還需要提供收據或購買憑證。

退款

我們將在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您,並告知您退款是否已獲批准。如果獲得批准,我們將在10個工作天內透過您原先的付款方式自動退款。請注意,您的銀行或信用卡公司處理和到帳退款也需要一些時間。

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@apmaze.com.hk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: G/F., Long Life Industrial Building, No. 15 Ko Fai Road, Yau Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
